Welcome to Proxxi. By using our app, you agree to these terms. Proxxi is operated by Midwest Auto & Commerce LLC d/b/a Michai Media ("Company").
You must be at least 18 years old to use Proxxi. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. Proxxi is not intended for teens or minors.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date. One account per person. Do not share your account credentials.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Proxxi a non-exclusive license to display it within the app. We may use AI to moderate content. Flagged content may be reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Safety verification is designed to support trust and safety. Verification is handled by Persona, a third-party provider. Proxxi does not store your ID documents. We receive verification status and related inquiry identifiers.
Proxxi may offer free and paid tiers such as Proxxi Max and Proxxi for Organizers. Mobile subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store and/or RevenueCat. You can cancel through your app store account settings. Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store policy. Features may change between tiers at our discretion.
Event Launch and Venue Partner are managed event-operation services purchased from Proxxi on the website and processed by Stripe. They do not include paid ticket processing, guaranteed attendance, guaranteed impressions, or an app-store subscription unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise.
Event Launch covers one event. Venue Partner renews monthly and covers up to four managed event launches during each paid month. You may cancel by emailing support@michaimedia.com before the next renewal; cancellation stops future charges and does not retroactively refund services already delivered, except where required by law.
The advertised 48-hour setup window begins only after payment clears and Proxxi receives complete, accurate event details, an official source that can be verified, and all requested brand assets. Events submitted less than 72 hours before their start are handled on a best-effort basis and are not covered by the 48-hour guarantee. Customer delays, material event changes, source-access failures, safety review, and third-party outages pause the window. If Proxxi misses an otherwise applicable window, the organizer may request a full service refund within 14 days.
A paid, non-refunded Event Launch may qualify for one $199 credit toward the first Venue Partner invoice when the same checkout email upgrades within 90 days. The credit is applied automatically when eligibility is found and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined across purchases.
Listings and event experiences remain subject to source verification, safety review, acceptable-use requirements, and technical feasibility. If Proxxi cannot safely or accurately launch an event, we may cancel and refund the affected service instead.
Proxxi is designed for real-world discovery and in-person networking. While we take safety seriously through verification, blocking, reporting, moderation, Ghost Mode, approximate Radar proximity, and optional time-boxed live location sharing, we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users or third-party events. Always use judgment, meet in public places, check official event sources, and leave any situation that feels unsafe.
Live location sharing is off by default. If you turn it on, your existing Proxxi connections may see your precise live position until the timer expires or you turn it off. Do not turn on live location sharing unless you understand and accept that risk.
Proxxi is designed around approximate proximity, user-controlled visibility, and limited public exposure of location. You agree not to attempt to bypass privacy controls, scrape other users, reverse engineer hidden location data, or use the service to track people without consent.
Security and privacy details are described in the Privacy Policy and Security page. Proxxi may update those practices as the service, vendors, and legal requirements change.
Reports do not disappear into a void. Profile and event reports may be reviewed by automated systems and/or people. Violations may result in escalating consequences:
Severe violations (threats, illegal activity) may result in immediate banning and reporting to authorities.
Proxxi surfaces events from providers, public sources, official links, curated feeds, and user activity. We work to show source-checked events and status labels such as active, cancelled, postponed, or sold out, but third-party event data may change or contain errors. Always check the official source before traveling, buying tickets, or making plans.
Proxxi is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, interactions with other users, or reliance on AI-generated content. The maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting support@michaimedia.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
