How the local scene fits together

New York is not one event district. Proxxi keeps borough, neighborhood, venue, and start time visible so a plan in Manhattan is not treated as interchangeable with one in Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, or Staten Island.

Build a plan that works in the real city

Plan around travel time and a single must-do event instead of stacking too many distant stops. Ticketed attractions, free public programs, late-night events, and pop-ups can have very different access rules, so use the linked official source for the final word.

Browse first, participate safely

Creators and organizers can submit original event information for review and can share a permanent city guide while their listing is checked. Public social actions remain gated behind account and safety requirements.

How Proxxi protects quality

Public listings need a clear date, place, and source. Expired events are removed. Third-party descriptions, images, and schedules remain out of search until Proxxi records specific permission to publish them.

Current Proxxi coverage

This permanent city guide is live, but Proxxi does not currently have public event listings with active search rights for New York. We do not pad the page with expired events or copied provider content.
